Christian Paul did a awesome job of checking and cleaning our unit as well explaining what he was doing step by step and why. He was very friendly and respectful. He explained things we may need to keep an eye on and why. Overall, I would definitely choose Christian Paul again.

Our air conditioning went out this morning and Norrell was able to see us the same day which was great given the heat this time of year.
Caleb, Talon and Owen showed up on time and were all very professional, courteous and easy to deal with. They quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to explain it in a clear straightforward way and also presented our options in a straightforward and easy to understand manner.
I would definitely recommend them.

Clinton Whatley was the electrician that came out and he was very professional, courteous and went above and beyond as far as looking at every potential issue. We’ve had some complications recently with our HVAC system. All Norrell technicians have been great, kind, and professional. Tristan recently came out for a follow-up on some work recently performed for our home and he exceeded all expectations for what we asked, even after other techs came out to do some cleaning and modifications to our system. Tristan was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional to explain all he did and checked during the follow-up visit.

Justin Brannen Completed a six month service inspection on six different heat pump systems between my home and my daughter’s home on October 25. He was very knowledgeable of HVAC Systems and how they should be maintained. He cleaned all the coils And explained everything to me in detail. He made recommendations on improvements. Norrell Service Experts is a great company to deal with when looking to purchase and maintain Heating and Air Systems. They have all sorts of options available for all different systems and budget needs. Their maintenance programs are fantastic and are tailored to fit what you need so your heat and air system works well. Christian Paul and Brad inspected our current system, presented us with information that we needed for our budget so that we could purchase our new Heating and Air system, and also a Water Heating system. We were told about a couple different maintenance plan options that we could use so that our system will work well for the upcoming years. This was a good experience and we are completely happy with our meeting with Christian Paul and Brad from Norrell Service Experts.
