Excellent service and they responded to emergency service call in reasonable time. Fixed the sewage back up issue. Very professional and knowledgeable of the sewage system in North Springs. Also advised on a clean out issue that may need attention. I contacted a licensed plumber to do the repair before it becomes a major problem in the future. Thank you

Good customer service, they just didn't want to or policy wise don't remove penalties. I guess north springs is a private water company with no tax funded money?
UPDATE: they don’t refund returned checks fees either…
Update: despite the inconveniences, if possible, it may be best to pay in advanced for as long as you can to avoid overdrafts. And they make it easy to view your bill and water usage, although I would like a more interactive website. Also I would also like if the water reports were more updated than the 2019 report.

Unethical and discriminatory practices. Will not allow non-property owners to set up a bill in their own name. Never in my decades of life and living in multiple states/countries have I ever run into such a practice.

Frankie, Eric, Jason, and Ward went above and beyond their duties to help out our community when we had a major flooding issue. They spent over 8 hours of their time to assist us and were professional and incredibly responsive throughout. They even brought in third party engineers and vendors to assist with the issue. Really can't say enough of how helpful they were and I am glad to see that these guys are working at the NSID for our community.

Make everything possible to not allow non owners to have bills under their name or even pay for it without the owner, you can't even look at the bill. Never seen this before in any other city I have lived in. Really dumb to make it difficult for people to pay bills 😏

THE BILL ALWAYS ARRIVES IN THE MAIL LATE!!!! Late fees always charged and representative states I need to login to the website so I can see the bill earlier. How about sending the bill in a timely fashion!!! MONOPOLY. Multiple messages left through the months, leaving name and number, but no one returns calls. I wish I had another option for water/sewage. Our credit scores average 800. This is the only biller I ever have issues with. Completely unfair.
