Friendly service and exceptional problem solving is what you can expect from Northbay Technology.

Every installation is different and every customer’s expectations can vary. Listening and advising is key. Ramiro and his crew at Northbay Technology took the time to understand the ultimate goal and then advising how best to be successful.

We needed a few additional materials than originally planned but with Northbay’s resources it was a very short wait and the crew was back out to button up the job and the added work within a few days.

We are now very happy to have an extremely flexible outdoor sound system that we’re sure to utilize almost daily.

Northbay’s prices are very fair and for the extra and unexpected additional work requested of them the final cost was very reasonable and clearly listed on the invoice.

Northbay came highly recommended to us and in return we recommend them to anyone else needing customizable, flexible solutions to their AV and other low voltage needs.
