Their service is awful. They have not picked up my garbage 4 weeks in a row. I even have them on a security camera where one man starting to pick up my trash, and another one tells the man not to pick up my trash because I called in and complained. So if you just don't want to pick up someone's trash, you just don't...
I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Let's see if they get the person fired for their behavior.

Warning to potential new commercial customers, this outfit does not do customer service, they repeatedly over days don't answer their phone/return calls, they do not respond repeatedly to their customer service email portal.

My driver would not lower the lid bar, the morning after severe thunderstorms rolled through ( with very high winds ). Dumpster now sits full for another 2 weeks as a result. If a driver cant or won't lower this bar, it occurs to me, maybe they should not have such devices on their dumpsters ?

I've been trying to cancel my service, but cant get ahold of anyone to do that, so it looks like I now need to send a certified letter ( and in 2024, I have time to do that ! ). Almost like they are playing a game of, if we wont accept your cancel, your still a customer.

Also learned, as I shopped for new service, for the exact same dumpster size/frequency pickup, Ive been paying TWICE what their competition collects. Be sure to shop price before signing.

Otherwise, Ive been a problem free, prompt paying customer for 5yrs, and service has been good, just don't have any problems with these people and plan to overpay.

I had to call for a year straight to get my recycling picked up properly wasn't until I threatened to call the sanitation department that it was finally taken care of over 50 calls and multiple complaints

We have had Rochelle Disposal/Northern Illinois Disposal for over 20 years. They have always given us great service. And have always answered my questions/concerns. And returned our phone calls. A new driver missed our garbage and they came back later in the day for pick up.

They'll pass right by if someone is in the driveway leading to the dumpster, even if the car is moving out of the way. Customer service was extremely rude when calling to complain. They think they're more important than the customer. We'll be going with another company.

Bought a house, found the bins filled to the brim with trash. Called and asked how to get it removed. Their customer service put in a ticket and advised I haul the bags to the curb.

Come the next trash day, no bags were picked up. Just a note they can't collect bags. Why did your own customer service advise I put out trash on the curb? I called again and the representative said they could see the work order, but they still couldn't do anything about it. I have 2 weeks of other people's trash, and they still can't tell me how to dispose it. Ridiculous. I can't be the first person who has more trash than bins. Stop the runaround. Rochelle, please get a different trash collector.

Put a single trash bag in the lawn can because the brown cans are too small and this lazy cheap company drove past it. Your company collects trash. That is trash. Leaving that out for another entire week is ridiculous, when it would have taken the guy 30 seconds. What am i paying you guys all this money for? You guys are lucky youre the only company in town. Disgusting cheap lazy people. I saw some Hispanic guys dumping lawn cans with trash in them earlier. Guess they're the only hard workers there.

I had a great customer service experience w/ Lisa, helping us get a container dispute sorted out in the correct fashion. She deserves all the raises/bonuses available.
