This is a nice and spacious market when you want Latin American products. They have decor everywhere in the market and a lively environment. The prices and quality of products are moderate. Getting around the market can be a bit difficult usually when it's crowded. Overall it was a good experience.

Just wanted to say thank you to Mayra at the meat department for being fast and efficient. Out of the 5 ladies working there today she was the only one focusing on assisting people as fast as possible while still being friendly. Thank you for your great customer service.

I had a disappointing experience at Northgate Market this evening . While checking out, I noticed the ice cream I picked up was heavily frosted over. The cashier pointed it out and called other coworkers over, but none of them offered any solution. When I asked what I should do, they laughed, spoke among themselves in Spanish, and ignored my question. I ended up getting a different ice cream myself. It felt awkward and uncomfortable, and the lack of help or communication in this situation was frustrating. I hope management can improve their customer service training.

My review at first was 5 stars but slowly it's gone down simply from the front area's customer service skills...I still do come here for the cheviche. Today I was in and out in 30 mins which was extremely surprising but I still can't shake the biased feeling as soon as I step up to get my number from the ticket machine. Why do they only call out the numbers in Spanish? Luckily I understand it but I watch other people fight for their "number in like" because of it.

On July 3rd 2024 from 4pm to 5pm inside store at slauson ave and central ave LA, lost or pickpockets stole my wallet I'd just had cash my check lost over 1,100 dollars, manager when ask by his people when I went to ask them to pls check cammera didn't help me at all that day. Their workers went in his office many times as I requested to let customers know and I was willing to give a reward if returned, didn't want to do that either. Next day I called and other employee tells me in order for them to see video a police report has to be file, so be aware of pickpockets lurking inside this place. There is no age for pickpockets could be an old guy standing behind you while you pee or a young hispanic couple.

They fell off!! Too pricey, Never have any Rolls any more. They should look at everyone around closing down and adjust their prices. I like their hot food and drinks but thats it I'm good for awhile.

Visited here for the first time. Loved how everything is set up—organized and neat. The store is super clean, and the parking lot is spacious. Plenty of room to navigate with shopping carts between the shelves.
