Very unprofessional in how they conduct business.

Engaged with them on 6/16 and provided deadlines needed to hit. Was told that should be no problem and I will get to it next week. Emailed and called every week since engagement with no response. Finally received a response 3 weeks later with a "sorry we've been busy, here's my list of surveyors you should call." This now impacts our closing and we may lose the deal over it.

If you are looking for someone that will do what they say they are going to do, look elsewhere.

That is entirely incorrect. You never said "if" you have an opening you would fit me in. I was told it would be done and after no response over several weeks was told "oops we've been too busy". Nice attempt at gaslighting.

I wish I could remember the gentleman's name I spoke with but I can't! Regardless, the service provided to me regarding questions I had about a survey done to my property previously, was exponential. They answered all of my questions and even went as far as looking it up and guiding me through the GSI website. They're rated well and busy because of the service provided. If I had time to wait, I would most definitely have used their services!! These guys will be worth the wait, trust me! Thanks again!!!

They designed and built the Wildhorse Creek Levee on the west side of Pueblo. Houses have been flooded and substantial ground subsidence is taking place. The firm’s principal’s blame the owners for having cesspools(the sinkholes) and diverting water into the homes.(poor people seeking self-ruin) It’s a blame the victim situation that they created and perpetuate.
