Don't waste your time coming here. Dropped off my chainsaw on Dec 6th and was told they would diagnose the problem within about 10 days. I hadn't heard anything in that time frame so I started to call, I was told the mechanic was on the way and they'll call me back in 10 mins. Those 10 mins turned into 2 days with no response, so I called back only to have the customer service lady rudely reply that they're busy and abruptly hang up on me. I immediately called back and the manager John answered this time, and said that they needed more time to diagnose. I understand getting behind on work but at this point its been 3 weeks since I dropped my chainsaw off with no word on its status. I finally had enough and went to pick it up on Jan 17th only to be handed my chainsaw back covered in snow and ice. The pictures speak for themselves. How great is it to leave your item at a repair shop only to find out that the people running it left it out in the elements, getting rained on, snowed on, and covered in ice over the course of 5 weeks. I'll be lucky if I don't need to replace the whole chainsaw at this point. If you leave your equipment here it'll get abused and you'll have to deal with their rude and incompetent staff, don't even waste your time, find someone who knows how to run a business

If you're looking to purchase lawn or power equipment or just need repair work, this is the place to go and see Jon. He will take good care of you. They also rent u-haul truck of all sizes. I needed a -haul truck on short notice and Jon made it happen and when I needed to keep it an extra day it wasn't an issue. Customers service at it's finest.

Rented a van and the experience was flawless. Furniture pads were thrown in for free which was nice! The van worked as advertised, and it was a quick in and out to pick up and drop off the van. Would rent again from here!

The only place in the area that is open 7 days a week. I arrived there a little before opening, never having been there before. On a Sunday morning. I was greeted by John, I just needed a couple repair parts for my Toro snowblower. I already researched the part numbers the night before. I asked him if he had them in stock. He had four other customers in line at 9:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning. Low and behold he had the parts in stock and it was out the door Within 10 minutes. Fair prices, prompt service. Open on a Sunday. I could not ask for more!
