I’m a repeat customer at Not That Tech Savvy. I had my old outdated desktop computer in there earlier last year for some work. The work was done quickly, efficiently and was reasonably priced. I was very happy with the results and the computer lasted for almost 2 years after the repair. Brandon was the person that I spoke to back then and the one that I saw this week when I had problems with my laptop and the same desktop computer, but for a different reason. Brandon fixed the laptop for no charge, with a used wireless keyboard that someone had given him. The desktop was not economically repairable, it was very old with an outdated system. The cost to repair it would’ve been prohibitive. Brandon was able to order me a replacement desktop with windows 11 for a lot less than it would cost me to get the other one fixed plus they had the upgrade model for the same price which he ordered for me. I can’t say enough about Brandon‘s honesty, integrity, willingness to serve the customer, friendliness, and all round good guy. And Not That Tech Savvy ‘s policy is to give Military Veterans, and first responders a 10% discount. I highly recommend Brandon and his company to anyone who has any issues that they need solved on their computer, television stereo or cell phones. Five stars is all that they would allow, but I would’ve gone higher if they allowed that. You can’t go wrong taking your business to this local, small business. Thank you, Brandon.

These guys are awesome!! Brandon is not only knowledgeable but is also extremely helpful and always willing to go above and beyond for people! He has , repaired , restored and replaced several of our products. They are truly bringing meaning back to the phrase "the customer comes first". I can always trust that no matter the issue, from start to finish and everything in between he and his staff will always go the extra mile, i really like going somewhere that i know i can trust for any and all my "tech" needs, they dont only fix it they take the time to explain the process and teach along the way, SO DONT GO ANY WHERE ELSE! A perfect service.
My Pixel 6a battery started bloating, probably due to an incorrect charger and an overuse of said charger, so I started looking for places to get it replaced. After bouncing from my provider to another location, I eventually found these guys. Brandon was super honest and friendly, gave me a fantastic deal because Google loves making phones expensive to repair. It's like brand new with this new battery.
Definitely coming back here regardless of the half-hour drive.

I stopped in because I thought I was going to need a charge port repair on my galaxy. Brandon took the time to check the charge port and found it did not need to be replaced. The charge port needed to be cleared of pocket debris which he took care of while I waited. A few minutes of his time, saved me a bunch of money on a repair or even a phone replacement. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

AMAZING service and prices! I don’t trust anyone else with my electronics. Super fast and wonderful customer service.

This is the second time I have used Brandon’s service to fix an electric device of mine and I can not rave about this company enough.

I had a completely crushed USB flash drive that had to be taken apart and soldered back together in order to access its data. I didn’t think it would be able to be recovered, but Brandon worked his magic! I now have all of my data back! I can’t thank him enough.

The best repair shop! I was in town visiting when we had an iPad screen break. Brandon was quick to fix it for us and was so patient explaining the cost. Customer service was absolutely amazing. 10/10 recommend this place!!
