A great company to work with. They handled all the paperwork for the state rebate. Kevin was very informative of all the stages of the process. Tyler and his crew did an awesome job with the installation. They kept cleaning as they were working, so there was no dust or debris when they were done. Tyler explained the whole system to me, so it was easy to use. The follow up visit by Dan was also quick and painless. Again he took the time to explain everything to me. And Trisha from the office was a pleasure to talk with, helping me out with my questions. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for a heat pump.

The team at NP Environmental installed a forced air heat pump with 2 mini-splits in our home, and we have nothing but positive things to report. The HVAC system itself - which also included a heat pump water heater - were all installed after a comprehensive walk-through of the house and an intelligent assessment of where the key components would be located and how they might be most effective and the quietest. The team that did the actual installation were craftsmen; every detail was done with the best materials and installed intelligently, as if they were doing it in their own home.

The heat pump has required only two maintenance visits for minor issues and the response was quick and professional. The billing for these system tweaks was sensible and the office personnel were prompt and courteous. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The NP Environmental team was great from start to finish during our heat pump installation process. They tailored a system to our home, answered our questions, and the work is of exceptional quality. We really appreciated their help in securing state and federal rebates and tax credits. NP’s services included removal of our old propane boiler and water heater which was a major factor in choosing to work with them. When we made the big decision to choose NP Environmental, doing our part to fight climate change through lowering our fossil fuels footprint, and taking the plunge to invest in geothermal heating equipment, it felt so necessary to find a company that’s both experienced and trustworthy. I highly recommend the professionalism and attention to detail of Nick P and his whole team.

They continue to be be both thoroughly reliable and responsive to our concerns since we started working with their engineer-advisor in the fall of 2022, through full installation by August 14, 2023, including the trauma of a Hurricane Debbie flood in 2024.

When we bought our house previous owner installed geo but it wasn’t working properly we opted to have it swapped out with new equipment from NP. They did a great job working out the old system to the new one. I have called for service a couple times now in 3 years and they have been great to us and my dogs love them as well. Not one of the guys ever got upset that our dogs where with them and followed them around as they worked. They will take the time and help you use the system and will gladly tell you how to do something that you forgot how. And the owner Nick is involved and will help and take the time to talk with you as well.

We had NPE install a Mitsubishi ASHP system last September and were very impressed with the entire company. Nick did the engineering work and his crew did the installation. Everyone was very professional and a real pleasure to work with. They tried to accommodate every request we made and did an outstanding job. After burning wood for many, many years it was a bit of a learning curve to get used to the system but, we are very happy we did it. We now have the added benefit of AC in the summer as well. Great company to work with!
