I'm extremely disappointed with the New York City Department of Sanitation. My recent interaction with one of their employees was nothing short of
unprofessional. The staff member I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and spoke in an unruly manner, showing zero respect or regard for the public they're supposed to serve.
It's unacceptable for a city agency to employ individuals who treat residents this way. As a taxpayer, I expect professionalism ano courtesy, especially from an organization responsible for maintaining our city's cleanliness. I urge management to address these issues immediately-whether through proper training or stronger oversight-because such behavior reflects poorly on the entire department.
If this continues, it will only erode trust in an essential city service. Please do better!
