O2 will go the extra mile to make your service painless, even enjoyable. I've been going here since I moved to Redding. Recently, I brought in a 328i that needed repair for which BMWNA had issued an extended warranty. Because the warranty service is ideally performed by a dealer, Steve worked with the dealer in Sacramento to arrange for the part to be shipped and held in my name for repair. O2 did a lot of coordinating that I probably could not have, or that certainly would have been difficult for me. You can trust O2 to provide great service for your car and you.

I just took my car to O2 Motorsports after finding coolant leak which I didn’t have the time or extra man to help me with the job. I try to do most every repair myself if possible mostly because I don’t trust people other than myself to work on my vehicle especially this one. They had done a similar repair already and Steve knew exactly where the leak was coming from likely because it’s a common part that leaks. They had to fix a couple other things because when the front of the engine is available and bumper is off you are smart to replace other things at minimal expense. I through in a aftermarket item to do at the same time and it wasn’t easy but they nevertheless did a great job and I really appreciate their assistance and care taken to repair my vehicle without extra damage. People who don’t work on their own vehicles don’t realize how easy it is to damage vehicle parts when attempting to repair a vehicle. 02 Motorsports gained my trust due to their knowledge, professionalism, and most importantly their ability to get into and out of a repair without damaging other parts. TLDR: honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and fair shop!

I had an EPC light going off randomly for over a year in my Volkswagen and got ripped off by other VW dealerships charging me for multiple carbon clean outs of the engine without actually diagnosing the problem. Brought my car in for an oil change and inspection before a road trip and they had a few theories of what could be going on, but they needed the light to come back on to do a more accurate diagnosis. They did not charge me for any unnecessary procedures, and had me come back when the light was actually on. When I came in I didn’t even have an appointment, they were very busy, but still took the time to run the code reader and make phone calls to determine what likely was going on. They then charged me nothing for all this work, gave me a paper with information on what they found, and told me not to worry about getting it fixed right away (was not a major engine issue thankfully), that I could do it when I got back to the east coast where I am moving at the end of the week. They could have EASILY done some unnecessary work and charged me up the wazooo for it but didn’t. So appreciative that there are auto repair shops out there that are honorable, helpful, and don’t rip you off! Highly recommend this place!
