Just wanted to say thanks to you and all involved in helping with our new equipment project.

From planning through execution of the work, I’ve been very happy with the professionalism and extensive planning that went into this.

A special note that the gents that did the lion share of the work were great. Courteous, professional, and neat. They worked well with our technicians installing the equipment and got everything looking neat and tidy. They did a terrific job, and I didn’t have to clean up after them!

O'Connor Electric took down an existing track light on a vaulted ceiling in my kitchen, and installed a pendant light in its place. It wasn't exactly an easy task, so I appreciate the professionalism they showed throughout the entire process. The estimate they gave me was a fair price, and the install went well. O’Connor electric is awesome. I had a serious issue with the wiring in my walls going to my dishwasher that was causing a safety hazard. I called and spoke to the office and Jenny and Ray put me at ease letting me know they would help us. They sent Drew out to our house who did an amazing job pointing out the dangerous wiring in my dishwasher and then realizing there were more problems behind the wall.. He did some investigation, but eventually figured out the problem, fixed it all up and then, at the end of a very long day still installed the bathroom exhaust fan he made us feel at ease and safe I can’t recommend them enough.

Everyone at O'Connor Electric is very nice. The electricians are a little quirky, but I think that goes with the territory - when they're doing estimates, it may sound like they're asking you questions, but they're not. They're dictating information into their phone or tablet.

O'Connor hooked up the power for our channel sign and gave me some good advice on how to keep the lights within it from burning out. The sign is on a dedicated line and so should be on an integrated timer.

There's no need for the sign to be on during the day - you can't see the lights! And you also shouldn't keep it on all night unless you're open all night. Just a couple of hours in the evening and you're good.

I'm planning on having them replace all the fluorescent bulbs in the store with LEDs, next.

The owner Ray, came out to my house for a small job and noticed that a handyman I had hired wasn't doing things to code or correctly. This handyman ended up taking my money and running.
Ray handled the situation professionally and with empathy towards me as the homeowner.
The office manager Jenny quickly got to work and had a team out to my house the next day to fix what the handyman had done.
Ray being professional and knowledgeable saved me from a huge headache in the future. Jenny helped set an action plan for the work I needed done and really helped diffuse a very stressful situation . She was so kind and became just the person I needed in the moment! Casey did the work and was so kind and skilled in his work.
I'm so thankful for this small business and their kind, caring and skilled employees.

I have no words to express my gratitude.. the best people I met in the electricity work business. Everyone I interacted with are so nice and patient. The work is so good and professional. I believe it was 'Ray' who came over to give us a quote and he told us at the beginning that he was here to help us, and he definitely is helping people when everyone else is looking for a way to quote you more than double.
