I called Otis Brown to have my heat pump and ac unit checked out. It was a non emergency call. The had a service guy come out the same day. Now that is what I call service. It was just after we had all the snow. I figured I was low priority. I was surprised that they got to me the same day. The service guy did a thorough check up and was very knowledgeable. I could not of ask for a better turn out. Thanks Bo

We have used Odis Brown for 25 years. They are consistently great. Sam especially is wonderful. We had a very obscure broken wire problem that prevented our system from starting. Sam took his time and traced down the problem, and has us back in service in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

Odis Brown has great customer service.! We have been using them the past two years and they have always been quick to respond to our needs. Today when our AC was not cooling properly , they were able to come and repair our AC the same day we called. Sam and his coworker were very helpful and worked in the heat to get the job done. I highly recommend Odis Brown!

The technician was NOT helpful or friendly. My AC went out and they were fast to send a technician which was nice and the original tech was very helpful and service friendly but he could not fix the system due to the equipment needed to be ordered. A different technician showed up to do the install and immediately upon arriving, he seemed to upset and angry. This was odd and made my wife and I on edge but nonetheless we needed the system to be fixed so we just moved forward giving the gentleman the benefit of the doubt. When the job was complete, he said “you’re all cool now” and turned around and walked quickly out the door. He didn’t allow me to ask questions or even to say thank you. But I followed him and was trying to ask questions about the install, the service, but he just kept walking to his truck anyway and just said call the office. I’ve been a technician and a contractor for 30 years and this is not good service. I had concerns that I wanted to discuss plus the AC wasn’t blowing in my bedroom and I had asked him to look at it and he said call the office. Unfortunately I would not recommend this company to anyone and it’s unfortunate for them because my neighbors have all asked me how it went because were all having similar issues with our HVAC but after I shared my experience they all said no thank you we will find a different service. I’ve been sharing my story with the HOA and Hammock Bay so that everyone will be aware of the service that this company offers.

I am new in the area so, I reached out on Nextdoor for suggestions for Heating And Air companies. In less than an hour I had five responses for Otis Brown company. I called today and within 45 minutes they were here, explained what caused the issue I was having, explained what needed to be done very thoroughly and fixed the problem all I can say is Dave was amazing!! I called Odis Brown Heating & A/C yesterday to schedule my annual Fall maintenance checkup. Josh, the technician, came out the very next day and checked out my two units. I had two items that he found that needed to be addressed. The parts were on his truck and he was able to replace them while there. Josh is very professional in his work and explaining in detail the work that needed to be done. Josh is one of the reasons I have been with Odis Brown for 8 years.
