Nicely Stocked store with ample product. Great selection of pens and markers, file folders, Binders and paper. In addition, I always like their supply of daytime and calendars and notes sets. They have a wide variety of printer ink to fit almost any model and XL sizes and standard sizes giving the option to purchase single or multi packs.

Photo department is great as well. I’ve had several photos in large into wall art and the quality has been very nice. The people in the photo department work hard to meet your needs and help accommodate multiple questions and customize your print needs.

I recently visited Office Max to use their self-serve printing services, and unfortunately, my experience with the worker in the printing area was disappointing. While I was struggling with my printing job, another customer approached the worker for assistance, and I overheard them respond with a dismissive 'it's self-serve.' This response left me feeling discouraged from seeking help myself. As a customer service employee, I believe it's important to approach situations with a helpful and courteous attitude, even if there is a charge for assistance.

When I approached the employee at the other register for help, I found them to be unhelpful as well. This lack of assistance only added to my frustration. I later asked for the name of the employee in the printing area, as this was not the first time I had encountered their dismissive attitude. I had a similar experience months ago when I needed to ship an item.

I visit Office Max out of necessity, but I find myself dreading the lackluster service I consistently receive. It's disheartening to feel unwelcome and unassisted when seeking help with services the store provides. I hope for improved customer service experiences in the future.

I called to ask about most simple question about the pricing of a single photo. The idiot on the phone was the slowest most lazy person I’ve ever encountered. He had no understanding of the question I was asking. He put me on hold to help another customer for an absurd amount of time. I hung up called right back, and he answered again. And told me he was helping out another customer. Don’t answer the phone, or have somebody else answer my question.

Order an office chair online and paid an extra $15 for it to be put together. I got a text message and an email saying that it was ready. An hour later I showed up and it was still not put together. I told them to just give it to me because I was on my lunch break. They didn't even bother to put all the pieces in the box. Now I have to go back and get the rest of the pieces..... Total clown show at this organization. Recommend going to Amazon or Temu.

As a person who used to work at Office Depot I’m disappointed in this establishment. Most people go to Office Depot for prints. But today they closed at 6pm instead of 8pm. The front staff couldn’t help me. Bring back employees that can help! The location I worked at we delivered memorable customer service!
There was also an elderly man that had to be turned away because they couldn’t help.

These guys cant punch holes in paper correctly! Today I needed a few certifications added to my portfolio and I asked the staff to punch the holes needed to do so. After watching them screw it up about 6 times on test paper they stuck my important documents in and destroyed them by punching it misaligned. The best they could do to compensate me was steal blank parchment paper from a box on the shelf that was for sale. Looks like the next person to buy that pack of parchment will be a few sheets short. Completely unprofessional and incompetent staff. Find another place to get important paperwork done!

I was greeted walking into store. I explained that I would need assistance and was told to sign in and help would be available. Once it was my turn I explained that I needed help and the only help I got was from another customer. Service is poor! Thank you to the customer that assisted me.i wish i could give zero stars

Great customer service !! I have gotten my wedding invitations made her as well as my thank you cards. And now having my wedding photos printed was amazing. Great price and the lady who helped was simply amazing. She took her time to make sure I was satisfied with all the photos i received. She checked in with me on size and cutting to be sure I was comfortable and happy with them. Will definitely be getting more photos printed from here!
