Starting with Michael (such a gem) to the electrical people, the install team and the person overseeing the inspection. This company will see you through from start to finish! First class installation. Great explanation of how it works. Thanks to John and crew for fast response and support. Kristi responded to every call text and email almost instantly. Working till late hours she got us under the old program at the last minute. Not every transaction is smooth, but it was outside trouble and Kristi made it all work. A great asset to the company.

My recent interaction with Ohm Solar Solutions was extraordinary. My main contact was Matt B., who was very knowledgeable, personable and patient with our abundance of questions. He took the time to meet with us multiple times, educating us the myriad of options open to us and helped us navigate the regulations and PG&E information that can make the solar industry scary to consumers. I cannot thank Matt enough for his help.
As for the company as a whole - they are a great local company with integrity and a sense of community that allows their employees to spend this time with customers that are not yet signed up. They utilize only quality panels, batteries, etc. and they work to ensure the customer's needs are met efficiently and in the prospective customer's best interest.
Definitely will recommend them to folks when we speak about our solar venture, and especially Matt. Thank you and we wish you all the best.

Friendly, informative people. Office folks are extremely kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond. Service was fast. My only complaint is that our sales person (I wont name names, but you know who you are?) promised us cookies after we signed. We still await the gift. UPDATE: Our salesperson came through!!! Cookies galore in our house! Again, love the humor and understanding of this group.
