We are a non-profit statewide education organization. Our decades old software based website was basically a file cabinet of documents. We had decided on an online platform and our vision was partially "file cabinet", but mostly interactive. I contacted Sproul Designs for help getting started, but the timing didn't work.

After using another consultant for months, we had a mess on our hands and I contacted Sproul Designs again. The timing was good and in a week, our mess was basically cleared up. At least, it was well on its way to disappearing. She suggested we switch to an online platform she felt would meet our needs better. It was different from the one we had been trying to use in our redo.

Olivia went out of her way to make time for all of my questions as I was learning how to work with a second online website platform. She really listened to what we were trying to do. She has been extremely supportive, encouraging, available, creative, informative and caring. All of this was needed and appreciated by a volunteer webmaster who was being stretched way beyond her comfort zone.

Sproul Designs was the perfect fit for us. My only regret is that we couldn't fit into her schedule from the beginning.
