Honestly valet ruins the experience of coming here at all. You have to pay $10 dollars for every day your car is here. I have to visit my grandma very often and I can’t pay it. Their answer? buy a parking spot from them. this building sucks purely because of the valet on top of all the issues they already have. END the valet, there are more than enough spots. Greedy and just trying to take more and more.

If you’re looking for a helpful review, read mine. I live in building 2500 and want to express my gratitude to all the staff who work here and to the administration office. They have truly created comfortable living conditions; they’re always friendly and attentive. The mail service works wonderfully, everything is clean, and it’s a pleasure to be here every minute. You can always reach out to them, and they always try to find a solution, like one big happy family. I live on the 19th floor and have an incredibly beautiful view. I want to say a big thank you again to the office and to everyone who works to keep this place in excellent condition. I really enjoy living here, and those who leave dissatisfied reviews likely have their own personal issues because, in reality, everything here is top-notch, like a high-class hotel. The gym is excellent, the pool is always clean, the grounds are beautiful, and there’s a nearby children’s park within walking distance, a BBQ area, a sauna, tennis place, plenty of elevators in the building, and they even notify you via SMS when new mail arrives—it’s incredible. You can always stop by the reception just to chat if the staff aren’t busy—they’re as friendly as the valet. In short, I love everyone here and appreciate your care and hard work. If anyone considers moving here, the office will fairly review your application. Wishing everyone the best.

I lived here for the past four years with a rental and had love it very much. Has resort style amenities; Beautiful pools, walkways, tennis court gym, valet parking, very centralized to shopping, pharmacies, supermarkets and all. Close by the beach too. Will love to own an apartment someday

My brother was a Tennant here. While we moved in everyone was helpful but this week when we were vacating the place we saw the real horror. First of my brother had an accident and was hospitalized for 4 days due to injury on spinal cord he was walking a little crippled looking at that we did see some helpful and some laughs but we ignored and started packing since we were at the end of our lease. In morning the lady at front and valet guys knowing my situation informed us not to use carts we saw other people use it and complained the management. Then after few heated conversation they agreed. Then they told us if you have a uhaul trailer park outside the building we agreed to such demands also. I told them my brother couldn't walk please allow me park inside because to lift everything and back and forth was too much. Then they told us to park upfront of the building and told us to pay 4 dollars to park. Here's the thing I don't understand you "where are the building rules?" When it comes to money they just wanted to harass. It didn't stop there the valet person did something even more when we were discussing the payment and stuff "he made jokes on my brother and laughed at him (at his current crippled condition). We informed the management the situation and they didn't do anything. At night the valet told me he is calling the tow company tow if I don't pay another 8 dollar for overnight. I told him I will but my wallet is inside my apartment let me bring it out and I will pay. He stopped me and told he needs 8 dollars now, I said please let me get the wallet from inside. He said till that time give me ur car keys 🔑 . I told him I live here and I am leaving in morning just let me go inside and get my wallet. He didn't seem to care now did the head of security Mr. Brown to whom I explained the situation and he also said the same thing give him his 8 dollars. I eventually yelled and told them I don't have my wallet with me and I still have 1 hour before my meter expires and if you want search me if you think I am not telling the truth. Then Mr brown sends another security person to tell me to give 8 dollars. At that point I lost it, why is nobody understanding simple English "my wallet is in the apartment give me few minutes, I will pay you 8 dollars". The buildings management doesn't care about tenants or residents who are moving out they intentionally make it difficult and at that all rules are told and if you pay them few dollars the rules go away. I would not recommend staying here or investing because as a landlord it ruins ur reputation if they harass your tenants.

Horrible management that seems to be at war against tenants. The security team is ridiculous and will let pretty much anyone who waves at them inside, but not your old mother who is on your guest list. The items disappear from the outside storage units on a weekly basis but they don't care. The laundry facilities that have been upgraded five years with new washers and driers are in poor condition.
And this is a great and rare day when we have three elevators working out of five that we have.
The list goes on and on. We can't wait until we sell our condo that we had for 10+ years and move out of this hell on Three Islands.

I've lived here going on ten years and five days a week there have been workman either hammering or drilling in different parts of the building. The elevators are constantly breaking down and if parts need to be.ordered it could be up to a month before they're working cor
rectly. Eight years ago the washers and dryers had to be replaced till a new company was hired. This took three months with no washers or dryers. Totally unacceptable. In closing.the Olympus is a noisy place to live. Not recommended for peace and quiet.
