Had a sump pump replaced. Had an appointment and they called to offer me a time a day earlier! John came out and was very friendly and offered me some suggestions. Job was completed quickly and explained everything. John also asked if there were any other issues before he left. Highly recommend Omega and John.

Called Omega after seeing excellent reviews on a local dad group for a broken toilet flange on the second floor. It was previously repaired by a less scrupulous person. Omega was able to book a same day appointment.

Dan "The Rock" Johnson came out, quickly identified the issue, and walked me through the solution and what was going on. The repair was about twice as fast as expected, and Dan was a stand up professional, and very kind to my house full of kids. The final price was also very fair.

Omega's answering machine says "the last plumber you will ever need" and I am in total agreement! Glad I found them to rely on in the future.

We are very happy with our new furnace! Keith and the guy's did a great job taking out our old furnace and replacing it with a new Carrier brand furnace. We also had them install a new air conditioner this past year. Everything is working very efficiently. We highly recommend them for your needs.

Omega came out to trouble shoot noises we were hearing when running hot water and toliet. Spent about an hour and was unable to find the issue; also seemed dismissive of what we thought the issue was. He suggested having the city replace the water meter, and call Kohler for warranty parts. Charged us $150 and didn't fix the problem. Called another company out last week, they showed up, fixed the issues (what we thought it was) and we have had no issues since. We will NOT be calling Omega again.
