On a cross country trip, our car started shaking in Arkansas so we pulled off at a gas station and they directed us to On Call Tire Service. The guys there were friendly and super helpful. They jumped right on the issue and gave us new tires pretty quickly. They showed us exactly what was wrong and were honest and up front about everything. They had lots of workers so we didn’t have to wait a long time. They had a decent waiting area in the meantime. It felt safe and we appreciated how well everyone treated us. Highly recommend! I had no appointment and it still took no time at all. Got tire patched and oil change, they checked a couple concerns for me and I didn't spend over 80 bucks. They even gave me a gift to give my puppy. I took my wife's car and dropped it off with them in the past and within hours of them opening shop they had her brakes and tires all done. That too was not near as expensive as what I had planned for. I will keep returning to On Call Tire Service. The people and prices are great!

I messaged their Facebook page well after hours one night over some concerns with my truck. 8:40pm to be exact and got an immediate response. They got me in the very next morning to look my truck over. They were very transparent with their findings, offered me solutions and financing. I was approved and they had me up and going the very next day. The communication with them was great and they were always so kind and pleasant to work with. I don’t think I’ll be taking my vehicle any other place from now on.

My wife and I went in this morning and they were very thorough and helped diagnose our issue quick. They were honest and showed us why our car was having the issue it was having. I highly recommend this tire shop, they are honest, fast and expedient.

I can't say enough thanks to these folks. I was 2 hours into a 6 hour drive today hauling a diesel water pump down I40. I started having issues and had practically lost a tire just past Conway. I called them on the side of the road to see if they could help. I limped the unit to their shop and was literally backed in a d pulling back out in 20 minutes with a new tire. Great attitude and good location. Much respect to all of them. Thank you.

Dropped off 14 inch ATV wheels to have new tires put on, it only took them 30 minutes to change all four, and they loaded them in the vehicle for us and we got home 30 minutes later to put them on and one of them was not on bead and won’t hold air.

Awesome! Experience. Had a blowout on my Simi Truck and called these guys. As I was only 10 miles away. When I got there, I was treated like family. And the two tire techs got right on me (had me done in less than an hour) for two tires. Prices are perfect and respectful. It's definitely a 5-star company and service. The nice lady at the desk gave me a sexy pen too, but I forgot it on the counter being in such a hurry ?

Although the staff was very nice the mechanics didn’t know much about mechanic work and the service was super slow I went in for an alignment not only did they not do the alignment correct (tires still had uneven wear) they said it would take 45 mins and it took 21/2 hrs!
I kept getting flat tires from uneven wear so I took it to a more credible place and was told my tires were bowed in and on call tires should have known this but instead they did an alignment on the bowed tires and made my situation worst and this careless / laziness could have cost me and my child’s life!
