On Point was absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were very knowledgeable and super patient. The floors (and stairs - which are not easy to do) look amazing! Special shout out to Sherrie at OnPoint Flooring who was a joy to work with. Customer service was 10/10. Extremely patient, attentive and accommodating as we decided on the wood flooring and baseboards we wanted. When we first reached out, the bosses Brian and Nick took time to meet us on-site and showed great care and knowledge in what they do. They offered creative solutions and suggestions to help us navigate the unique layout of our entry and hallway. Everything went smoothly and our new flooring looks amazing. I'd like to give a huge thumbs up to Nick and Brian at On Point Flooring. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. The lead man and crew that installed the flooring did a beautiful job. I’m a very picky person. That being said, I found nothing that needed fixing.
They were very professional, friendly and efficient. They installed beautiful laminate flooring throughout the house. Their craftsmanship was top notch. I couldn’t be happier with the results. You can’t go wrong working with them.

You could tell the installers took pride in their workmanship, making sure we were happy with the install. People always think it's white oak (and I don't always correct them ;).
