On-the Spot Restoration LLC is a great name for this company, because they were onsite promptly after notification. Rob and Stewart were very professional and daily check-ins were conducted to ensure the equipment was functioning properly and the level readings relative to moisture in my home was decreasing. Rob also provided contacts for other professional services, to ensure that I implemented the necessary steps to get my home back up to par. These days it is such a relief and definitely a blessing to find businesses that have integrity, are professional, compassionate and provide topnotch services. While I don't want any other homeowner to go through what I experienced, I am praying God will bless this business to another level!

Robert and his team are AMAZING! After our house was damaged in the hurricane they responded quickly, answered our many questions, and displayed complete professionalism and efficiency throughout our restoration work from the flooding. Robert came over and checked our dining room where we had suspected water damage. He was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done, and how his team would tackle it. He emailed us a quote that night that I found to be very reasonable. A few days later 2 guys from his team came out at 10am and had our dining room demoed, cleaned, and hepa filters and commercial dehumidifiers running by 1pm. They were both friendly and respectful. The filters and dehumidifiers ran through the weekend before they came back, cleaned again and packed everything up. Our dining room (although now demoed) was left in a cleaner state than when they first arrived. We appreciate Robert and his team for their quick, affordable work on our mold remediation. If we have water damage in the future we wont hesitate to call Robert again.

We had a horrible experience with remodeling our kitchen. We ended up with a tremendous amount of damage from water and mold. Between the original company that did the work , the people our insurance company found and two other companies we enlisted to help we must have had 20 different service people in and out of our home. Robert with On the Spot was the only one who showed up when he said he would did what he said he would and finished early! He treated my elderly mother in law and our home with respect. He was also the only person that took all his mess with him . We were so impressed with his knowledge and level of professionalism. I would recommend they're services to anyone!
