Thanks to Scott for being such a wonderful example of the service industry. He was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable (and nice to my old dog). Explained everything and fixed what needed to be fixed but also found the reason for the damage and is coming back to fix that. Was very good about explaining all the options and the costs. Thanks!

If I could give over five stars, I absolutely would! Not only was he on time, so very kind and he explained everything that was happening with our furnace. We even talked about the humidifier and he quoted me for a new one which I Appreciate. He was even explaining how he turned up the fan speed to efficiency because I was telling him how cold it was upstairs and he noticed that the fan was on maybe the lowest setting or I’m not sure what it was called, but he did mention he put the control up to efficiency. He was just the perfect service person to come to our house. I certainly hope in the future, I will be able to ask for him if we need him again. And absolutely I will ask for him once I talk to my husband about the humidifier .

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I didn’t have to. I was charged twice my plan for over a year before coming to the realization and calling to cancel my plan. After talking with them and coming to the conclusion that the reason I was never notified about the change in price, was due to the fact that their company sent me the wrong letter stating my price would remain the same. Which was incorrect, they still doubled my plan. I’ve been calling since November 16th to cancel and still seeing it on every bill since. I have every phone call recorded and they acknowledge they’ve messed up and all they could offer was the SAME plan but stated that I would “have to call after a year for my price to stay the same”….what type of company put the responsibility on their customers to call every year and make sure they don’t jack up the price. Completely unprofessional. Today is February 4, and they’re still charging me!!! Who do I need to talk to to get you guys off my bill!! Insane. And for context, over the course of a year of paying the wrong price all they can do for me is refund me 2 months worth of the difference. (this is all connected through my gas bill so i figured my gas bill was a little more each month before seeing the difference in price from this so called company) to say the least I will be calling AGAIN today🫠
