This is a great company. They do quality work. We have a very large deck (1700 sq-ft) that is on three levels, with a complex geometry that needed to be replaced.. They had the resources to design a new deck. The design required the assistance of a structural engineer to do the design to meet current codes. OnDeck was one of the few companies in the Chicago area that could manage a job of this size. They were great to work with.

OnDeck did a great job with replacing our deck. Santo and his team were polite and professional. I had some specific requests for the construction that Phil easily accommodated. There was one small thing that got missed but they came back and fixed it right away. Overall the construction and design was great and a huge improvement over what we had before. The crew also went above and beyond during construction, fixing a bit of damaged siding we had with scrap they’d had from the project. Would recommend!

Our experience with On Deck has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very first call with Nataliya to schedule the initial visit the process felt so easy. During our first visit we had a chance to meet with Phil, he explained the process of building the deck and discussed ideas as well as showed us the products that he had available. Phil came out and explained our options and were immediately impressed by his knowledge, demeanor and NOT a pushy salesman. He sent us a very detailed and professional estimate and we didn't need to look anywhere else. Santo and his crew showed up every day on time, working hard in the hot sun until it was completed. Not once did they ever ask me for anything. They were such hard workers, super nice guys and very respectful of me, my dogs and my property. Once the old deck was removed, you never know what is behind it, and we saw rotting wood but they had an easy solution. I love that I only had to go to one company for everything, which makes the process so much smoother and less stress on me. These guys have done several projects in our home. Most recently, they added a downstairs restroom with full shower! Turned out lovely. In the past, they did a huge kitchen remodel and screen porch conversion to living space with small office! Loving our additional .. so much more functional.. spaces in our home!
