I am a resident of Ontario, California and my trash is through Ontario Municipal Utilities. Today I called to make an appointment for a Bulky item pick up. I called a rude lady named Tina answered the call. She said that my address (where I receive all sorts of mail just fine) was not existent. She could not find it. I also rent the place I am residing in and my rent covers the trash utility bill so I do not have the account #. She was very unhelpful and very rude. She made it seem like I was inconveniencing her at her job. Whoever you are, you really need to have a better attitude when speaking to customers over the phone.
Tina obviously did not know how to correctly execute her job, or look up my address because I have had a Bulky item pickup appt before and there was NO issue. Ontario is really going down the drain.

This place makes you waist your time, Get online TO find out the website dont let you view the account. I payed my bill last month today I get 2 different bills stating disconnection feel spend 45min on hold to get 0 answers. They charged all that money to have the worst system . Call them and schedule trash can is broken to get replaced 6 times they come and pick up the recycling and the rusbish cans but they leave the damage. No longer get upset maybe they need more money to update that system, since the federal grant dont give them enough. 😂😂😂😂
