BelForest Water Company called a few days ago and notified me that we had a water leak. I next called OnTime Services. Rick came out and found the problem and they scheduled the work for today. They replaced the water line from the street to my home. Rick arrived OnTime and completed the job on time. Actually, the job was completed a bit earlier than anticipated. I have found the technicians working with OnTime to be prompt, courteous, and competent. Kudos!!

We called OnTime yesterday and Ethan, our service provider, arrived on time today. He evaluated our electrical needs and provided a solid plan that will fix our garage outlets.
The work is scheduled for next week.

5 Stars again….
Ethan and Blade arrived this morning on time and started work right away. They had the parts and pieces that were to be installed with them. About 4 hours later the work was complete and fully tested. The open ground in my garage circuit was corrected. The electrical feeds for my 2 freezers in the garage have been relocated from the garage GFIC circuit to new dedicated circuits for each freezer. I expect the probability nuisance of trips that have affected my freezers are greatly reduced.
I am pleased with the job. I was impressed with OnTime Service from the very first meeting to work completion.
I do recommend OnTime Service for anyone that would like competent, punctual, and courteous service.

Ricky of On Time Service (plumbing, AC, other) in Fairhope, AL did a fantastic job for me today. He came quickly, diagnosed my problem and we have (hopefully!) saved my floors. He has a great, respectful and friendly manner, was very efficient, and explained as he worked. I highly recommend him!

Update:
I cannot say enough about the exceptional service, honesty, and professionalism shown to us by the OnTime Service team. Our new outside and inside units installation were completed yesterday. Overnight we found we had a couple of minor concerns/questions. The prompt same morning response, and incredible ability of Christian Herring and Josh G to resolve our concerns within just a few minutes was a five star experience. We are very grateful customers who highly recommend OnTime Service.

From the diagnostic process by Dylan Kirk, the advisory meeting and assistance of Jerry Henson and through the entire installation process with the expertise of Dillon Spencer and the entire awesome team to include Dylan Moore and Mike Tokas. The installation of our new HVAC system was seamless and the technicians were incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They worked extremely well together. Great job by Dawson. He came right out and found the issue snd installed a new hot water heater in a couple of hours. He was very professional and did a fabulous job everyone I talked to was so kind and helpful. Dawson was great and I appreciated his help.

Requested install (change out of security light camera), and ceiling fan install. Security light was changed but I was told I needed a reschedule to install ceiling fan because it took two people. Next no available appointment to meet my schedule. Called Livewire Electric and one technician came out ASAP and installed the ceiling fan by himself. I wasted most of my day waiting to only get half a job done.
