Love this place!!! Everyone is always super kind and helpful. Jerry is the man, super knowledgeable and thoughtful. Has helped me with hormone issues and feel so much better. Can’t say enough good things about Optimize U, just an overall great experience.

So many possibilities! If you have a need, they probably have a solution. They have a great network of people and the services provided are second to none! Many, many weeks I've visited all 5 days, and there's a reason for that, it works. I'm partial to the cold therapy (go look up the great benefits), but they offer so much more, and if you're not careful, you may meet a new friend or two. Great people and service!

I had such an incredible experience at Optimize U Paducah. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My lab review was very extensive and the process was quick. If you are looking for a HRT clinic, highly recommend this one!

My experience with every member of the Optimize U, is they are all extremely professional, attentive, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with, whether that interaction is in person at their facility or over the phone. Over the past 4 years I have been so impressed with the results and the team that even though I have moved from the Paducah area I still am engaged as a client/ patient.

I love OptimizeU! Staff is polite, knowledgeable, efficient, easy to get ahold of and to make appointments. Their truly care for their patients, and love what they do - it shows in everything they do! Plus, the infrared sauna is AMAZING also!
