Best purchase I have made. Should have done it sooner. I was kind of intimidated about getting a stair lift mainly because of price and dealing with companies unfamiliar to me. This company was recommended by a friend that's why I chose them. This is who I would recommend for a stair lift. Family owned company and the most professional. Great to do business with. I give them them 10 stars.👍

*April 2,2025 husband called after we decided it would be useless in our new home...husband had to call from a number they didn't know since they blocked us after my review. Because of my review they now refuse to live up to their promises in their own company literature given to customers. It's awful way to treat someone especially since reviews on Google can be deleted.
We were very happy to know that if needed they would buy back the chairlift. Until now, we have had the lift for about 4.5 months and no longer rely on it. So I called to inquire and figured they would at least buy it back for half of what we paid (4,000 paid in October) to my surprise they were only willing to pay $1000 .... it's not that old and in perfect working order. I know you're going to turn around and resell it at your discounted rate ( not really much of a deal), IF AT ANYTIME YOU MIGHT ONLY NEED SOMETHING LIKE THIS SHORT TERM PLEASE TRY TO FIGURE OUT SOMETHING ELSE BECAUSE THIS IS JUST AN AWFUL WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. I am very disappointed in their ethics!!! Especially since they made it seem like they would give you a great deal if we decided to sell it back.

Jim provided a great overview and was very detailed during the estimate process. Mitch was very professional and installed my unit quickly. He also provided a great overview of how to operate the unit. I highly recommend Options HME for your stairlift needs.

Had a Chair Lift installed beginning of Nov 2024 by Options HME., a Home Mobility Equipment Service Company. They are a very professional and fair company. Their personnel arrived exactly on time to provide us with an estimate, and to perform the installation. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering the need for a Chair Lift. They thoroughly explain the process and happily answer any questions you may have.

We really could not be more pleased with our stair lift. I had been unable to go into our basement for over 4 years, and I became downright emotional when I sat in my chair and smoothly and comfortably rode the lift downstairs. The very next night, the tornado sirens went off and down I went! 😊. Jim’s presentation was thorough and informative. No pressure at all and he answered all our questions. We were happily surprised that the lift was ordered and available for installation in less than 2 weeks! Mitch was efficient, worked quickly and very clean with the installation! We recommend these gentlemen and their company very highly! Love my new stairlift!!

THIS IS A 10 STAR REVIEW!!! We had a great experience with Options from our first phone call, to install, and follow up. I called 4 companies and Options was the only one that answered their phone. The other companies waited 1-2 days to call back, which had me thinking.... if you wait 1-2 days for a possible $5-10k+ sale, how long will it take you to call back if something goes wrong?

Jim, the owner, was able to come out same day to look at our space and provide an estimate. He was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Options offers a curved product that can be produced and installed in a week or 2 vs 4-8 weeks and the price is comparable with competitors. Mitch, Jim's son, was our installer. He was also patient, kind and respectful of our property and time. This is a family run business and I felt like we were treated as a member of the family.
