Orange Lake Nursery is fantastic! We place our order during some inclement weather. Which delayed shipping. However, when I contacted them I received a response within minutes. Our plants shipped promptly when weather permitted and arrived in perfect condition. Each plant was wrapped in cellophane and then in paper. Everything was perfect when opened. We’ll definitely be purchasing from them again.

Just received my first order yesterday and I was SO pleased! Hurricane Helene hit between the time I ordered and when they arrived, so my package was delayed a few days, but the plants were in great shape. One of the plants I ordered is apparently notorious for not shipping well, so they threw in an extra one just in case one didn’t survive. That is so thoughtful!! I ordered quite a few plants and also got a mystery set. I was so excited when I saw what plants they picked because two of them were on my personal wishlist and it’s like they read my mind! Already placed another order because I love the idea of the mystery bundle and am excited to see what they pick for me this time!

I went to orange lake nursery to get some carnivores plants I came in at the perfect time they were just getting a new shipment of plants Stacey and Frank helped me find everything that I needed and more, they have such a wide verity of beautiful plants I could spend hours looking at all of them. I’m a beginner in plant care so Stacey gave me all the tips I needed to keep my new plants happy. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars I definitely will be going back

First time ordering from them. I ordered several rehab plants and currently 2 weeks in and thoroughly enjoying the challenge 😄 So far only had issues with 1 of the packs and the rest are doing well. I ordered a bunch of plugs on a Wednesday with their weekly sale. They shipped quickly and I received my package within a week of ordering. The plants are packaged so well! They definitely take the time to ensure the plants arrive in excellent condition. All of my plants looked amazing and so healthy! I am absolutely impressed.

Their customer service is also top notch. I reached out and they responded immediately. My issue was resolved within 24 (less than actually). Their communication is honestly the best I’ve ever come across.

I will definitely keep purchasing from them! Such a great experience!

I'll give them ten stars. I originally placed my order before the big snowstorm in the South. I emailed them and asked if they could hold my order, but it was too late.The order was already at the Post Office. I did order the winter protection plan. Which saved me. My plant sat in Atlanta 4 days during the snowstorm. When they finally arrived, I was for sure they were all deceased. I could not believe when I opened every single plant, not an ounce of cold damage in meticulous condition. The customer service was outstanding. They kept in contact with me.The whole time assuring me that my plants were gonna arrive in excellent condition and to let them know immediately once they arrived. I can't say enough.Good things about this company.I know I'll be dealing with them a lot in the future.

Everything I ordered came in great condition, even the "rehab" plant. They were great about waiting a couple days to ship until the freeze here in Texas passed so that the plants would arrive well. Will definitely order from them again
