I can not say enough great things about Origins and the staff. From the director, the Recovery advocates, alumni coordinators, and all the way to the kitchen staff are truly amazing people. I was given the opportunity to really find myself here in such a short amount of time. There was a lot of one on one time with my counselor and i was also given the opportunity to get to know the other counselors really well. Everyone was so genuine and truly cared about my well-being. I am so grateful that I was given the opportunity to go to Origins and I am EXTREMELY grateful for each and every individual who works there, because of them I am able to live a happy fulfilled life today and be present for my family. The gift of contentment and peace before the holidays was the best gift I have ever received for me and my family. Thank you Origins.

Origins is truly a unique recovery center. I wasn’t looking for a 12 step program when I decided to get help with alcohol addiction. But as soon as I walked through the doors there I knew I had made the right decision. Their staff is the best in the business, a no BS approach to the big book and if you are simply looking for a life changing way to beat drugs and alcohol this is the place. There’s no comparing. Simply the best because it works. AND great support after the fact - my best friends in recovery are all guys I was in Orogins with and we stay connected to this day.

My time at Origins in Texas was second to none. Even on the toughest days the entire staff were very uplifting and encouraging throughout the whole process. They just had a way of making something that seemed so difficult at first into a very enjoyable and spiritual experience. I can truly say that my stay at Origins was life changing!
It was like a veil was lifted, especially with the aid from Jerry, Milton and Russel.
As much as I initially hated parting with that money, it was worth every Penny to get the relief I now enjoy!

Origins South Padre is an amazing facility. In my opinion probably the best in the nation. The staff that works there are truly some of the best people I've had the honor to be around! If I would have went anywhere else I know my life wouldn't be what it is today. I will always be indebted to Origins for helping me get my life back.

Origins took care of me Mind Body and Spirit. I went there not knowing what to expect, thinking I was just gonna get sober that’s it. It was so much better than that. It was a blessing and a second chance at life. The staff there really care and they take care of you during and after your stay. It was truly a life changing experience for me. You don't HAVE to get clean and sober. Nobody can make you. You can die in the disease of alcoholism and addiction if you want to.

If you don't want to die from alcoholism and/or drug addiction, you can go to Origins and get the truth about your disease like I did. My sobriety date is August 21, 2018.

Does everybody who goes to Origins stay sober? No. There are people who leave treatment and quit working a program on a daily basis. They relapse. Some die.

But I guarantee you that if you WANT to stay sober and are willing to DO what we've seen "worked in others", you'll have a hard time finding many places around the country that teach the "design for living" that "works in rough going" as well as the people at Origins.

So, if you're looking for reviews or a "success rate", I can tell you this: the success rate of people who do what is suggested at Origins on a daily basis is 100%.
