The score is solely based on Mike... he is amazing. The jury is still out on Orkin, but Mike came to the rescue. Not only is he professional, but he is kind, honest and easy to talk to. Whereas Orkin totally screwed up my service and created a lot more problems, Mike got here and started to help immediately. Thanks, Mike! Because of you, I will give Orkin another chance!

Orkin has great Customer service along with professional, knowledgeable and friendly technicians. Before the technician starts the pest control process, they ask about any issues and they explain everything that will be done and any effects on pets. They do a great job!

I’m not home during the time that the Orkin guy comes to my house but I do notice less spiders and I have not seen a black widow since the last time he came. I’m very satisfied with the work being done. The treatment for unwanted insects that is.

Had skunk move into back yard who I affectionately named Peppy la Pew. Orkin came in, set trap, capture Peppy, and graciously moved Peppy to my ex-husbands back yard (just kidding). Donny and Chad did however do an amazing job, quickly and humanly helped me relocate my new best friend. Outstanding professional service. Liked'em so much, hired them for monthly service!
