I visited this ER on a weekend and it was a very good experience. The facility was clean, organized and quick! I only sat in the lobby for 5 minutes and was very quickly provided the care that I needed. My attending nurse, Anthony, was so gentle and made me comfortable during my stay. The PA was very easy to talk to and provided me all of the details for my care. I waited about 1 hr for all of my test results and was back on my way home feeling wayyy better. I def recommend this facility!

My daughter has a long history of some medical problems, as i was trying to explain this to the doctor i felt she was pushing us away didn’t really care to listen not very compassionate. ER was not busy at all we got called in a matter of 20 minutes. Doctor wasn’t very genuine at all, lacked any compassion. I honestly wouldn’t be back unless absolutely necessary. Seemed like she just wanted to write us a prescription to get us on our way. Wouldn’t recommend this place or better yet Bryan Fox MD.

We were greeted and taken back very quickly, which we appreciated, but the staff working was more concerned with talking with each other at the desk, then paying attention to us. We asked for assistance going to the bathroom and no one ever came to help. Nurses were very dismissive. X-rays were taken quickly however we waited about an hour and a half for results which I know is within the norm. I would hope that things improve and more care is shown to the patient.

I took my 14 years old daughter, Mia and we were treated in a very warm, empathic and professional way.
Everybody beginning with the security guard at the entrance, the receptionist, doctors and nurses are awesome.
I highly recommend ORLANDO HEALTH EMERGENCY ROOM💯.

The security was nice and helpful, got me a chair as I was ill. The emergency room clerk/doctor saw me immediately while asking minimum questions, once behind closed doors The nurses listened attentively while taking notes, and asking more questions. I liked that they referred to my medical history as to assure me of my on going care.

No one wants to have to go to the emergency room, but I’m grateful to the staff at Orlando Health Osceola for always making it as pain free as it could be. I’m always attended in a timely fashion and the concern and care given by the staff is genuine.
I was feeling quite ill while picking up some medical records at Advent Hospital Rollins, and instead of checking myself in then and there, I chose to drive back home and then go ad to Orlando Health Osceola because I feel so much more comfortable there. I will always go to Orlando Health Emergency and Medical Pavilion whenever necessary. It’s a great hospital with great people and top notch care.

I remember a while back visiting this location and I was not impressed but… wow!! Nice 👍 improvement! Let’s start with security greeting and acknowledging our arrival followed by a very dynamic lady at the front desk (it was midnight and she was amazing) the nurse and doctors also great. I am so glad as it is convenient and fast, it was missing service but they finally got it right!! Please share with the midnight crew on the day of my visit as they all did great!! Maybe other team members can learn and everyone can have the experience I had. Thanks team!!
