Well, I have been using Dukes Enerfy for years and never had any issues so I was thinking this was normal for Orlando but I was wrong. I move to an area that uses Ouc this month and my power has gone out 2 times already in less than 3 weeks. I ask other people using OUC and they say thisbis normal for them. So far I wouldn't recommend moving to an area where yoy need to use OUC.

OUC is the most unreliable utility company around. It feels like they make the electrical wires and poles from Paper mâché. The power is always out

Waiting to speak to a representative about setting up service. Yes, I tried the website to initiate service, account was created and google saved the password. No, the website does not work it states account has incorrect password. Over an hour wait on the phone. You guys should be ashamed. The fact that no one has a choice but to use you guys should be criminal. I am trying to help a resident of the community where I work. I would never live in a place that you provide service. Don’t even waste your time cutting and pasting a response. Just do better. And please ask before you move anywhere if OUC is the provider. If they are don’t move there.

Any comments saying they help you fast is a LIE‼️ it was ridiculous how long they had me wait for one simple question

So I paid my bill on the 17th $252.50 and then today I come home 3/1/2023 and my service is disconnected because they say I still owe $99 dollars instead of letting me pay it with my next bill that’s due on the 7th so they can get a reconnection fee from me which is $45. I wish that electric company’s weren’t a monopoly company so we could choose a better service that won’t take advantage of people and they would provide better service knowing there was competition. I hope this company ends up broke and the owner losses everything.

Ouc is hands down the WORST service I have ever had for ANYTHING. If there was an option for another company I would have taken it years ago. They have ridiculous deposits which I paid at more than one address, one being over 500 dollars for a 1200 square foot home. They've changed their policy on me in the past, and just shut my electricity off literally while I was paying them. There customer service representatives if you can get them on the phone are awful, condescending, and rude. My most recent interaction with them was to cancel my service after I moved. My final bill was about 150 for the portion of the month I was there. They told me I would have a check sent out for the remainder of my deposit within 30 days. After about 60 days, I called and they said I owed 149. Apparently I had some miraculous $300+ balance that wasn't there when I called to end my service, after I was completely current and only paying for the last couple weeks I was there. So now they're basically telling me I'm getting nothing of my deposit, and I owe 149 after being told I'd be getting a check after paying off my final balance of 149. WORST. COMPANY. EVER.

Tried to inquire on the status of a bill and they out REFUSED to tell me the status because the person (who doesnt even live here anymore) name is on the account. They outright told me if my lights were out they wouldnt do s*it unless that person call them. Disrespectful.

Never have I been more infuriated by a company that I am at these Clowns. I have been paying my bill without problem for years. I come home to find out I have been disconnected for nonpayment. Even though I have proof, in the form of bank statements, they did not want to hear it. "Pay the amount or stay disconnected." That is pretty much what was told to me. After about an hour of my trying to not yell every single bard word I know and some I made up, at the CSR I then pay the "past due amount".

Then I go to pay the normal monthly amount online, as they told me I HAVE to do. Because for some reason the person that JUST took my "past due" payment can not take payments. I go online and when I try to pay it is telling me that $200 is over the $1000, 00 a month limit ... WHAT?!?

I call them back, after sitting on hold for about 20 min, "Sorry sir, we can not take payments. Please use our Automated system." Fine, so I go over to that wonderful machine. I get to the end of a very long and unnecessary process only to find out the dumb ass program can not understand me saying Yes nor will it respond when I press the number 1 when is asks "To authorize your payment, press 1" ... I have tried this 3 times now and it is the exact same thing.

I really hope Solar Power puts these Crooked Clowns out of business and fast.
