Garage door operator replacement on 2-7 went smooth, no issues! The only reason I knocked off a star is it took them over a week and a half to deposit my check payment (on 2-20). I'm used to local businesses depositing the same or next business day. After a phone call, I was informed they only deposit checks a few times a month. Again, service was great, just don't use a check for payment if you don't want to wait.

Sebastian fro Overhead Door Solutions came to replace our broken garage door spring today. He was right on time, very professional and polite. He took the time to explain everything and finished the job well within the expected time. He did a great job and cleaned up completely. Very satisfied with him and his work!
I would also like to compliment the lady that answered the phone and set up the appointment. She was also very professional and pleasant when I called. She made sure I was fully informed of the cost and what was involved in the appointment.

Next day service after my call. Could have come for an Immediate emergency but I didn’t need that, nor a super early appointment time! 7am was offered! I asked for after 11 and Sebastian arrived on time, he explained exactly what the problem was with my opener. He told me that he would attempt to fix it but if that didn’t work he would let me know and it would need replacing. The opener was fixed at a reasonable cost.
Would definitely recommend. I think the opener is at least 15yrs old so the fact it was able to be fixed feels like a blessing. Everything was also lubed for smoother quieter operation. Very happy would use again

First time calling Overhead Door Solutions. They were a little slow returning my call/message but when they did they scheduled our repair for the next day. Sebastian was on time, thoroughly checked everything and was pleasant to work with.
