Fantastic Job by OX to waterproof our basement. We have had major structural flooding issues for years. We have called in multiple foundational/water proofing companies who have done tens of thousands of dollars of abatments that worked temporarily. Ox conducted serious engineering analysis and developed a plan/approach totally different than the two previous companies. The Ox installation lead Dalton and his crew did a fabulous job. He kept me informed and in the decision loop throughout the process. Crew did a great clean up job. Highly recommend them

Excellent first experience with Ox. Sales Rep Pat W explained thoroughly what the project would entail (floor leveling of section of 100 year-old house and full encapsulation of crawlspace). He provided details and photos to explain what needed to be done, and had a clearly laid out estimate with project graphics. Not a hard sell; encouraged us to take time to consider how we wanted to proceed. Was not cheap, but paying cash provided a discount which was helpful. 30% down, 70% upon completion. With project now done, we feel we got a good deal.
Excellent communication regarding scheduling of Pat W to come out, confirmation of project days, notification when team was heading to the house each morning. Was able to have the work start a day earlier than planned -- but they check with you before adjusting any schedules.
Joe and his team worked for 2 days and did excellent work. Friendly, hard-working guy, clearly knows his stuff about this line of work and his team members all did a great job. Finished product looked pristine. Happened to have some AC repairmen in the next day under the house and they were hugely impressed with the encapsulation.
Particularly pleased that, per contract, Ox will come out every few months to make any necessary adjustments to the leveling jacks. Also, they'll evaluate the encapsulation in a year and make any adjustments if needed.
Feels like a good investment made. We recommend Ox. Try to get Joe if you can!

We contacted Ox for an assessment of our foundation due to concerns we had. Steven S was the representative that came out. We were very pleased with how quickly Steven was able to assess the situation, answer our questions & get the recommended repairs scheduled.
The team that came to place the piers did a great job. Todd, Trevor & Kendrick were very professional & knowledgeable about their job. They took time to explain what they were doing & answered all our questions. They also did their best to work around some cedar trees that we wanted to save. Thanks to the entire team for your work!

Eric Smith was absolutely amazing! He took the time to explain everything. He informed me no work was needed at the time which shows this company has integrity and values people. This appointment was scheduled after meeting with a rep from AFS that stated I needed immediate service tor a discounted amount of $13k. I would recommend Ox Foundation to anyone! Ox just finished a waterproofing project at my house and were a pleasure to work with from the inspection to the completion of the job. Hired these winners to do a support under the house. The sales guy was no where to be found when we started having issues with the service they were hired to do. First time they came ill prepared. Second time they came with off the shelf 4x4s and some pads. They sent guys who were young -and not so smart - who were constantly calling someone at the office for guidance. They had no idea which way everything was supposed to go and at one point lifted my floor in the wrong area causing a huge bow in it visible to me inside. When they could not do the work, they left and the office ghosted us for weeks. We finally told them we wanted our money back. We had to take the Lowe's 4x4s and such out from underneath the house ourselves. Lesson learned. Wish us luck with a better vendor we just hired!! The new vendor is doing the entire project for a few thousand less.
