What can I say about Matt @ Ozark Mountain? Simple he's amazing! Matt went above and beyond not just during the sale but after as well. The county where we live gave us a hard time with the permit for the solar because we were installing ourselves and not using a local contractor. Matt stepped up again and went above the sale and helped get us our permit and that folks was not a part of the purchase of the solar that is just the kind of man that Matt is. I strongly recommend Ozark Mountain for all of your solar needs. Matt will do you right. If you are fortunate enough to have your solar hand delivered by Paul like we did well, he is just about one of the nicest people that you will ever meet. We purchased the 12kw solar array. We have been extremely pleased with our solar setup and have been using for just over a year now. Not once had our solar let us down even while using the ac in the desert of Arizona where it gets hot, average summer temps 105 + - a few degrees and our batteries never went less than 80% or therefore about. So it is needless to say that this was one of the best decisions and purchases that we have made since moving.

I was searching for a diy solar system for a small hunting cabin in nortern Arkansas and came across Ozark Mountain Offgrid. Read some reviews and since he was only 2 hours away i contacted Matt. We set up a time to meet and drove up to meet him. We told him what we were planning to need and he spent about 2 hours talking and showing us what package we would need. This wasnt a large package (about $4000) but he didnt try to upsell us anything. Very personable young man. He even took us to his house and showed us his system. Fairly large log house that is totally solar. We later found out that he ships diy systems all across the country. During the install I had questions and he was always available and very helpful. Was a very pleasurable experience that you don't see very often anymore. Definately 5☆'s. Thanks Matt!

Great company and amazing customer service. Some parts got kixed up and the response time was beyond what I could ask for. Purchased a 15KW DIY system. I'm comfortable with electrical work but never worked with solar. Had lots of questions and Matt was always super responsive and thorough in his explanation. Would highly recommend based on customer service experience aline, but the pricing was very competitive as well.

Hello everyone...I have never written a review good nor bad for anything to date and I am 61 yr old. So, with that said I will try to describe my experience dealing with Matt and the crew at (OMO) Ozark Mountain Offgrid the best I can with limited space to respond.....
We just finished building a cabin over 1/2 mile back in the woods on top of a mountain where the cost of installing power from local utility would have cost almost as much as the cabin and land combined !...So i searched all over for months 2 yrs ago now to find the best off grid solar system for the cost . I came across OMO and I'm sure glad I did. Matt the owner is who I was in contact with during the entire process.. I have 43 years of experience as a Mechanical Contractor and design and engineer all sorts of mechanical systems...So as you could imagine I have delt with thousands of vendors over all these years and Matt and OMO are right on top of my "Top Vendors List"...OMO were more than helpful in the design of my system along with full support by email, phone and or Text....They helped me fix my screw ups when I programmed the Schneider inverter wrong several times. I just texted Matt last week to help me trouble shoot why my backup generator auto start problem They responded once again within hrs..Thanks so much Matt and OMO..My time is up ...so my bottom line as my review of OMO is....OUTSTANDING !!....Thanks again guys....Mark

The staff at Ozark Mountain Offgrid encouraged me to attend a class at the business. It was extremely informative, and I was able to purchase the equipment on site. The class provides the knowledge to install and properly maintain the new solar system. I definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in solar power. Customer service and technical support is excellent.
