My experience with P R Environmental Designs was phenomenal. I was purchasing a home that needed a new septic and Paul was great at communicating all involved. It took a year for me to finally get my house but at this point the mortgage company required the cost to be included in the loan. Paul didn't make it difficult and provided everything the mortgage company needed for me to go to close. John came out almost every day for respectfully performed the job to the beyond my expectations, and within 2.5 weeks. I truly appreciate the courtesy and commitment to excellence they provided me. A+++ service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

In 2016 Paul installed an Ecoflo system at my house. I can't begin to tell you how poorly engineered the system has been in my opinion. Seemingly improperly laid pipes and Septic tank created multiple problems including having to repair a broken Pipe leading to the Ecoflo tank. I was told by a separate contractor that, in his opinion, because the trenching wasn't done incorrectly, tank and or trench allowed settling to break the pipe.. In addition I had to have had major work and additional swaling put in place because The location (Paul chose) of the ecoflo tank was directly in line with rain run-off. Combined with the fact that the tank risers Weren't seemingly sealed correctly (maybe more of the manufacturers fault than Paul's but I continue to be unsure), It would overwhelm the Ecoflo tank. in addition, his Installer drilled holes into the side of the tank without any kind of properly seal either conduit or tank for the wire ingress to the pump. During rain the combination of all these things would flood the tank. I have great video of this.
In addition, it's my opinion that the mound construction was poorly design because the upper elevation would retain rain run-off.
To top it off, Paul was virtually unresponsive throughout the entire process.
I have tons of video and pictures.
Eight years later I'm still salty.

Paul and his team (Tom, Miguel, and Jason) were all very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Paul saved us from what could have been a long and perilous sewer permitting and installation process and instead designed a simple, effective in-ground septic system. He explained things clearly and returned calls promptly. Tom and his crew did the installation expertly and quickly, and brought us in under budget. They took obvious pride in their work and were very respectful of our fish pond, fireplace, and flowerbeds, all of which were in their way. They carefully restored the work area and beyond, so that when the plants grow back, there will be little evidence of the extensive work they did. Tom even worked with us on creating a wildflower field at the site. It was a pleasure to work with everyone involved, and we recommend them highly.

Absolute professionals. Paul and his team installed a massive drip-dispersal septic system on our property at the end of the summer faster than I thought would be possible (would have been even faster, but they were wrapping up another project and was accommodating our timeframe to get completed before cold weather hit). Very easy to communicate with and answered questions both a detailed but easy to understand manner. The system itself was priced very reasonably and well within the range I was expecting and seeing firsthand the detail and pride they put into it, I have no regrets choosing them to get it done. And on top of that, Paul's crew spent two days regrading the yard so carefully that once the grass fully grows back, there won't be any evidence of the amount of heavy machinery/dump trucks were driving on the property (even areas away from the actual work was carefully restored to remove the significant tire impressions left by equipment). If you are pricing out any type of septic or environmental projects, I would highly recommend including them on your call list.

I had another company draw up plans for replacing my outdated 2 cesspool system with a drainfield. Paul from PR Environmental re-drew the plans to avoid having to cut down a 50+ foot Tulip Poplar, then improved the plan with the addition of a drainage system for handling downspout water from the roof. Communications were always clear and work was always done on the days they said they'd be onsite (unlike the first company). I was in the house during the cutover and didn't even experience any outage in being able to use the water! Would definitely recommend, and already have given their contact info to a neighbor.

Paul installed an in ground septic system at our property and removed the former sand mound. There were some equipment and weather delays but the work was done for a reasonable price and everything is working as designed.
