Terrible company, wind recently knocked over a tree & live power line into my backyard that has dry vegetation, due to the lines being pulled down it also pulled my power meters off the wall of my home and left the panel hanging by open wires. PG&E brought the power line back up, but decided to leave the panels/open wires alone, cut off all of our electricity, and left it to us to deal with since they’re, “not responsible for that because it isn’t their property”. Great job guys!! Totally helped. I’m not sure how many days or weeks our electricity will be off since we have to deal with it ourselves.
Honestly if there was another electricity provider in the Bay Area I’d switch to them but since PG&E has California in such a chokehold this is our only option.

This company sucks. You can’t get power anywhere else because it’s a monopoly. They’re extortionists, if you have to have PG&E, you’re better off with no electricity.

The people that work for you hate you. I hope the next round of lawsuits headed your way really evens the scoreboard!

I enjoy hot water and electricity. I'm glad I can contact the company and have somebody safety check my appliances for free and relight My appliances while plumbers charge money for it. I'd rather have a company that's been around for 100 years then a Joe's electric and gas who won't have the resources to fix what's broke

Always having issues with them, try to call and they hang up, and power outages due to something they did during heat waves is fantastic.
