12x12x30 ft Car Port
Very easy to deal with. They always pick up their calls. Took a few weeks to schedule upon arrival of materials but they explained that before hand. And that it's the normal turn around time, no surprises. The actual assembly took 2 hours only, that's from arrival to clean up to departure. All done in 2 hours! I had to change order last minute, thanks to the installers because they explained to me that the driveway is not squared with the fence and that my overhang will drip water to the neighbor's property line and that they had experiences when neighbors complained. I ended up switching to a classic design, had to pay $350 restocking fee but the classic is $750 less anyway. So i still ended up saving $350. 5 stars to this company, and special shout out to Nora. Keep it up. Very good customer service.

We had a outstanding experience with Pacific metal buildings. Purchased our structure from prometal buildings out of Portland Oregon owned by Pacific. The customer service was outstanding and left nothing to be desired. Loralie was instantly responsive every time I inquired about anything. Not only is she kind and knowledgeable she even helped me design my building being that it was my first experience. The installation was swift and efficient they were very respectful and honored the conditions at our job site which we share with a professional sports team which adds a high level of sensitivity when it comes to unwanted distractions. The quality of the installation is on par with the customer service these guys know exactly what they're doing did it right on the first time and paid attention to the details. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company it's staff their product and my personal experience 10 out of 10.

This company put up a 20x20 x18 steel carport on my property. The price of steel has gone up but this company had the best price. The reps in the office are very helpful.Theinstallation crew were from Sacramento. They were great! They put up that huilding in 4 hours. Excellent company! Excellent service!

The 20x20 steel carport I purchased included installation, which was a great selling point. Installation included mobile home anchors to secure it to the ground, saving me the cost of concrete.
