I made worst mistake and got my solar system through incompetent company Amerisun, that did a botched job. They made mistakes in submitting paperwork to PG&E and net meter was turned on after 18 months of installation. In this brutal summer, my nem charges reached $1513, in my panic mode i started outreaching Amerisun and learned that they are out of business and filed bankruptcy. I called multiple other solar companies with emphasis on local company where i could interact with humans and came across Pacific Solar. The tech who listened to my ordeal was very patient and immediately set me up with the diagnostic team member Jacquin Santiago. He showed up on time, was very professional and compassionate to my ordeal. None of the panels were working due to faulty wiring. He completed his job and now i have a working system. For two defective panels, he got in touch with the manufacturer and they will be fixed at no additional cost to me. I am grateful that i found a good local company. I highly recommend them and will use them for my future needs.

Pacific Solar is a great solar company to work with and I highly recommend them. They installed a large carport with 112 panels at our clinic (Madera Veterinary Center). The whole system looks great and we have received several comments about how nice the whole structure looks. We had a very strict deadline and they completed the project on time. Daniel helped us through every step of the process and was incredibly responsive to our needs. I liked Pacific Solar so much I had them install solar panel at my house! Quality work and great customer service.

It was an easy process from start to finish. On the day of installation, they were here on time and set the system up exactly like i had asked, even thou it took more time to run the wires like i wanted. Their guys were professionals the entire time and even removed an 'old-mini' satellite dish. I have 8.4kw system.
