Padgett Advisors

I have known David Gribben, Padgett founder and leader, for many years. He has always been responsive, honest and forthright in every instance. After my wife died in 2013, I set up a woodworking shop including a computer numerical control (CNC) machine to make unique woodworking games. My plan was to set up a business to cover my start up and ongoing expenses. I planned to then sell online through Etsy. At that time Dave was advising me on setting up trust and tax issues. He provided information on what would be required with detailed records on 1099 income and ongoing materials costs and what effect it would have on taxes.

Understanding what would be involved in setting up my own for profit business I decided to make the wooden games and give them to a 501(3) C, Living Hope for Children for them to sell in their gift shop. Dave’s advice was most appreciated.

A client filed a business taxes, he got charged an outgeous amount for a business income tax (1120S). I spoke with Dave and he did not even acknoledge my concern instead he made unsustained excuses. He did not offer to amend the return or give his client a discount.

Dave at Padgett has been second to none! We are so fortunate and thankful to have been introduced to Dave and his team at Padgett!

We are a very small business and had been through numerous accountants some were horrible and some were good but none compared to Dave's team.

We give Dave all our book keeping also and it just takes a huge load and stress off us and allows us to concentrate on our business. As a small business owner/operator it is hard to wear so many hats - taxes & accounting is just too important to fumble around with! We fully trust Dave and his team. They are super responsive, very knowledgeable and just plain professional!

In the past, previous accountants & so called business "professionals" had not submitted or incorrectly filed taxes, forms and other documentations and we given letters with potential fines. Dave supported us by correcting all forms , taxes and documents and avoiding or reducing fines. He continues to ensure our business operates in accordance with local, state and govt laws.

Dave's team keeps fully up to date with all changes to ta laws and other changes as it relates to our business and keeps us informed.
