Excellent value for high protein/low carbs! 2 portions teriyaki chicken and a side of super greens...no sauce. Professional service and quality of food is high. Only drawback was the seating. The posts are way too close to the bench. But I could have set someplace else. Highly recommend for a fast food option.

Great to see a Panda Express on a freeway. Picked up quick lunch from here. It was too busy that day and staffs were doing their best to accommodate everyone!!!

+30 minutes in the drive thru. I was the 3rd vehicle. Both vehicles ahead took 15-20 minutes. I only ordered 1 bowl and 1 plate and 3 drinks. I got to the window. I was told I needed to pull up as the food still wasn't done. I waited another 10 minutes before getting my food. The lady working the drive thru acted like it was no big deal. 5pm on 11/18/24.

We went through the drive thru and The person taking oders was very rude. No greeting just “order when you ready”. She was very abrupt and seemed upset that we were even there. As my partner went to ask her a question she shut the window on us as he was speaking. After she came back she quickly handed our things and turned just as quickly. As a restaurant manager seeing this hurts my heart. The food was amazing tho! Shout out to the kitchen crew! But your service team needs serious help.

Very welcoming! I am someone who is on the road alot, I walked in and the place smelt amazing. I ordered and person behind the counter was super patient and pleasant even though I had no idea what I wanted. As I ate I looked around and listened, I am pleased to say very clean and witnessed workers taking pride in their store...constantly cleaning and even overheard encouragement being given about work and real life....I found that it was refreshing! WAY TO GO GUYS...you made an impression, I will revisit Panda express in Mt Vernon, Il. THE FOOD WAS GREAT!

Went thru drive through butdid a mobile order. Hot, fresh, and on-time which was all I was wanting today. Used my points and got free food. Another family meal today. Yum!

No idea about service or food. Apparently they no longer allow a sample bite. We don't eat out often, the menu changes and I don't want to buy a whole meal to find out I don't like it. Not sure why this decision was made, but we decided to go elsewhere to eat instead.

They wouldn’t prepare any food for us. It was over an hour until closing, but they said we could only choose from the food sitting in the warmers. There was no rice and less than half of the warmers had food. They said they weren’t allowed to have any waste. It’s not really waste if we order and they prepare the food. It’s what most restaurants do.
