I would like to publicly thank one of the staff members today for kindly excusing my being ten cents short of purchasing a bowl of oatmeal. This team member provided her employee discount and provided the bowl of oatmeal at a discounted price. She had no reason to do this, and it was incredibly kind of her to be so willing to excuse what even I might have not. I hope that this review is read by her manager so that she can receive the recognition she deserves for being such a great employee. To ensure that everyone knows the kind nature of this person, she even provided this bowl of steel cut oatmeal and strawberries after Panera Bread stops serving breakfast. Should I see this team member once more, I will do my best to ask for her name so that it is placed below this text. Thank you again to this particular employee for her kindness. I would like to extend this recognition of kind behavior to the staff of this entire restaurant. Thank you for being such a fantastic group of people!

I had a terrible experience at Aloma Panera Bread in Winter Park, Orlando. The staff were extremely inhospitable and rude. When I asked the cashier for a cup of hot water and even offered to pay for it, she insinuated that I might use the cup to steal other beverages. This felt like blatant racial profiling, which is truly unacceptable and disgusting behavior. Very disappointing."

The rustic potato soup was Amazing. The cibatta bread was awful ?. The service was lacking. Get your food to go maybe they're nicer at the drive-thru.

Check your order before you leave. Picked up a mobile order, bag was sealed with a Panera sticker you expect everything to be in there. I Got home to find an item was missing. Drove back and received nothing in return for the inconvenience. The least you could have done is upgrade my sandwich to full.

One thing I really dislike is when the picture of the advertised food looks absolutely nothing like the food you actually receive. ? Panera is too overpriced to be skimping on the food. The caprese sandwich I received is pitiful in comparison the photos of it. Bacon mac and cheese was good though.

Not a bad experience or a great one. Everything went ok from start to finish. The cashier was ok, the food people forget a few details. This place is good, but will never be amazing. They fill a void for certain people, but all and all it’s just a ok soup and sandwich place...

I had never been there... took my Mom she had half cheese sandwich and soup it was almost $19 I didn't eat!! It was nothing to write home about! It looked very dry and very little cheese!!! We won't be back!!

Best spot after hangover. Healthy food! Best bakery and soup. Today broccoli cheddar why so dark? Usually its light yellow. Best chocolate brownies ever.Must try it if u love chocolate. Nice muffin and french bread. A little pricy now
