The staff are wonderful, accomodating, and well organized. Dr. Wu is my orthodontics, and he puts in the effort to catch up with patients both in the braces treatment and personal lives. Dr. Phan is my oral surgeon. He is honest and thoroughly explains options and outcomes while emphasizing patient comfort.

Wanted to give a huge Thank You to the wonderful staff but specially to the front desk coordinator Elizabeth who welcomed my mom and I with her radiant smile and positive energy. Elizabeth was able to fit us in and really understood our concern for my mom. Due to my mom not having dental insurance and having traumatizing experiences with prior dentists we took the trip over 100 miles away to come to see Dr. Tran. She took her time to listen to my moms pain and made my mom feel so comfortable. My mom needed extractions and they took really good care of her. The drive was worth coming to Pannu Dental Group. We will be coming back again!

On 15th August I took my wife Jyotsna for surgical extraction of wisdom tooth, to Pannu Dental Clinic on Stevens Creek blvd.Dr Phan the surgeon explained the procedure and drew a diagram to show us post operation situation.He detailed about extent of pain ,duration for recovery very clearly.The procedure was done efficiently .All our questions were answered ,not only that but to our pleasant surprise Dr Phan himself called in the evening to check progress and to answer questions if any.After two days we feel that recovery is better than expected .Our profound thanks to Dr Phan for everything and to Dr Pannu for running a sound clinic.

If you want a great dentist that truly cares for you, this place is not it. And neither are their multiple offices. This used to be a wonderful place before it became a corporation. And I’m speaking from ‘20 years’ of having gone here. The amount of issues going on in my teeth will take thousands of dollars to fix because no one at Pannu dental group could communicate properly or do the careful and quality work a dentist is supposed to do. They have damaged other teeth while trying to treat certain ones and left multiple fillings not properly filled causing more visits and more damage. I am incredibly disappointed and want to leave this review to help others not lose thousands of dollars at Pannu dental group.

I’ve been to a few Pannu dental offices, and while all of them are great with customer service, I’d say this location has the best one. Today, I went in for a consultation for my son’s braces. The doctor was very kind and patient. Most of all, Pam, who worked at the front office, was the best. She was extremely patient, and made me feel comfortable asking questions. It helped me make my decision to have my son’s braces done here because of how she accommodated my concerns and questions. Dealing with insurance and other monetary concerns can be awkward, so I really thank her for guiding me through that process. I highly recommend this place, and thank you Pam for providing excellent customer service.

“I have been with Pannu Dental for more than 15 years and my experience has always been class apart(A++). In the past, I was treated by Dr. Flohr, Dr. Hatami, occasionally by Dr. Pannu and recently by Dr. Tran. They are all good and so are the staff of Luis, Pam, Carole, and Elizabeth, they are very courteous and helpful. I would strongly recommend getting the teeth cleaning by Christia. She is very skillful and super good.
