In 2022, we enlisted the services of Paradise Environmental Services. Initially, our experience was quite positive, as James displayed professionalism and even devised a quarterly schedule for his upcoming visits. However, as time went on, there was a noticeable decline in his communication efforts. Regrettably, reminders via email or text about his impending visits became increasingly infrequent. Whenever I would make an effort to request advance notice of his service visits, his responses consistently revolved around excuses. He claimed that his extensive client roster made it impractical to provide us with pre-arrival notifications.

It's challenging to comprehend how a company could disregard the importance of establishing a clear schedule and keeping clients informed about service visits. Today, I found myself deeply disappointed when James communicated with me in a manner that was not only unprofessional, but also came across as rude. This unfortunate incident has led me to firmly decide against continuing any business dealings with him. I feel compelled to caution others against considering his services and instead encourage them to explore alternative options.
