I own a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Sport, and the dealership I purchased it from is temporarily closed and changing ownerShip. I was referred to Ford by the dealer I purchased my jeep from. I had gotten off off work and my jeep would not start i called ford and they said they would call me back to see what they could do for me after i explained the issue, well instead of calling my back 2 service men showed up in the parking lot assessed my jeep told me what they felt the issue was what i needed to do to correct it i asked them another important issue question and they located the problem right away! That night my husband fixed everything they stated needed fixed and i am truly grateful for them coming out to help me knowing!! They went above and beyond and there customer service is amazing!! Thank you Ford for taking the time to come and check out my jeep i appreciate you!! I highly recommend you!!

Service Department has Great Customer Service! Very good at communicating with you while your vehicle is in the shop. Always good at getting you in for service, not having to wait weeks to a month like some other dealerships.
