These apartments are both luxurious and affordable. The office staff are friendly and professional. The maintenance staff is on top of every request I’ve seen.

Honestly this place gets more and more pathetic every year. They don't care who they hire (been here 6 Years and the staff changes every 3 to 6 months.) The current staff they have hired are some of the LEAST personable people ever. One of them arguing with me after THEIR mistakes. They call this "low income housing" yet the rent is always going up and the fees are ridiculously high. They are "finally" fixing the doors for the locked building but we never received any compensation or anything for the fact that they have been broken for 5 years. The place is broken and filthy. They do testing at all hours of the day without even giving notice. I was locked out of my apartment building in the rain because they were testing the doors. They are always closing the office whenever they want, and even when you make appointments they still aren't ready for you. They need to do some training on how to deal with people in a professional way, and actually start caring about their tenants.

I moved into Park at Wellington a week and a half ago apartment is beautiful and with my design background i have made it even more beautiful Thanks Allison and Krissy for working with me and get me in and approved I recommend Park At Wellington for your next move place is grate and quite// fast forward a month and 21 days I’ll have to change my review to 4 stars because i was never informed about parking permits or guess parking and my boyfriend came to visit this weekend for Daytona Beach and his truck got towed an they will not give a refund of the $161.00 mines could have been towed also but by Gods grace it didn’t Thank God !!

Property Manager Shalaya McEachin she is very professional and and great Manager here at the Park of Wellington. She is very concern with tenant living and safety in the complex. She makes sure to keep the premises up to date, clean complex and clean through out from and back of yard. Her staff Property Assistant Manager Sullynet Montanez is very heart warming and professional who takes care of new applicants and tenant. She help you through the process of getting approved and concern how you are living in the home. Both Manager help you with processing a safe environment home and up to date fire alarm with monthly inspections so tenant can live and be safe in the home. When you have any issues or concern they take care of it right away. Maintence Supervisor Ramon and Staff are always on time to fix and repair anything breaks and goes wrong in the unit. The grounds well kept clean and garbage is always pick up here on time. One thing I love the most how they handle individual with disability like myself and the support I have received. They help me with the process of having my Support Animal in the unit… I loved the place I live in and the great Managers and Staff here at Park at Wellington Apartment.

Twice already I have written detailed facts about its property management and HTG. I felt bad for leaving a poor review and deleted because we were in the middle of a pandemic. But here are some scenarios I have had to deal with while living here . I have been a resident since sept 2018 and management has changed SEVERAL times and nothing ever changes . Each new Manager that comes along states the same thing “ I have experience “ . I have more experience living here than all of the prior managers have in this office . Everybody has the same promising speech that they are here to make this community better . When the fact is , it gets worst each time . Shootings , dog fights , the pool has been open a total of maybe 4 weeks in the last year , when they had a maintenance crew , they would enter your apt with no notice , rent keeps going up ( which would be understandable in this market if we had amenities working folks could actually use ) , Corporate office is UNREACHABLE ( never once got a response in 2 years trying ) , and the office , up til maybe a week or 2 ago , wasn’t even open - “by appointment only “ - but they never respond to emails so don’t think you have an appointment just because you email them -as you were prompted to. If you call in , prepare yourself to spend a good 10-20 minutes with someone that is not able to help with anything or answer any questions - they’re just taking notes for the actual manager who will get back to you at their discretion. I understand the urgent need for a change but in no way shape or form updating paperwork ARBITRARILY , ON SHORT NOTICE ,is “ helping the community” the “ community “ isn’t able to upload documents via email and has to compromise their jobs by taking time off to walk into their office when that was not a requirement before ( I fully understand things change, but the expectations on short notice do not say “ we are here to help “) . The sudden changes are not accommodating to tenants because it isn’t about the community, it’s about the office, their goals , their personal accomplishments. But, don’t you worry, this property had a pool grand opening to let residents know that if you don’t have a job , you may get to enjoy the pool as it’s open Monday - Friday 8-6. No weekends . With gas at almost $5 /gal I’d say that’s very reasonable. You get to spend several hundreds of dollars monthly to entertain children and keep them healthy doing outside activities elsewhere rather than a short walk to the pool that we pay for and don’t have access to because we work to pay rent during normal business hours. This property has a lot of potential, but some things are really frustrating . Hopefully , I can update this review with good news but for now , these issues that have been affecting my family directly for quite some time , need to be shared in case prospects are considering this property and looking for an honest and updated review . Ready for the stereotypical public reply “ I’m sorry you feel that way we are working on it , …” And no public explanation, no follow up . That’s what “ caring about the community “ looks like here 🙂 * UPDATE * They must be begging newcomers in 2024 to leave a positive review as they haven’t seen it for themselves YET . If you ask anybody that has seen this property decline more and more by the day in the past 5 years , you would know the truth . Anybody that needs to see and hear real experiences , there is a page that is going to be going live on social platforms . DO YOUR RESEARCH THE RIGHT WAY . And if you already live in this property and are being pushed around in any way , threatened , if there’s a breach in your contract , … call HUD / Multifamily Resource Center , seek legal help . It might take a while to get it all together but it’s not in vain and you have rights as a tenant . HTG is oblivious to how this specific Property is managed and does not deserve to be in business .

Ghetto much? They lose your rent payment, then yell at you like you never paid it even after multiple times they still don't care if it's their fault. Not to mention the building grounds are gross. No wonder they have so many one star reviews. Fire the management and hire quality people.

Hi Everyone , I have to say that Park at Wellington to me it was a big blessing because when COVID-19 was in action , this place open the doors for me and son and I got a home to live in. Loved the 2Bedroom 2Bath apartment floor plan , Nice very modern with an island table.. I had my mind setup with an mission to save to money to buy my home. I accomplished what I came with in 2years 1/2, the Lord and this place helped. Now I'm celebrating my new home. Staff has been super super excellent Like the Assisted Manager "April" always assisting right away very professional with any situation on the apartment or any paperwork I had to fax. I THANK Park at Wellington for having me as a resident. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
