The receptionist was great. Maria is her name. Even though we were here before our check on time, she made is feel very comfortable. Even when the room was not ready, she kept on checking on us. Room very clean and pleasant. I will recommend this place for any of my friends coming to London for a visit.

Great location. Amazing view of Houses of Parliament and Big Ben from our room on the 10th floor. The room is clean and the bathroom very well fitted out. We had two TVs! One for the bedroom and one for the separate sitting room.

Receptionist (Mariana) was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. She made us feel like VIPs.

I recommend this place.

We had the lovely pleasure of Caitlin greeting us at the desk, she was really hospitable towards us and ensured we had everything we needed. She greeted us with a smile and any questions we had she answered them for us. The rooms were exceptional and the location absolute stunning! I will ensure Ill be coming back!

Staff welcoming and helpful especially concierge desk.
Location is perfect, next to Waterloo and Westminster station.
Hotel is nice looking.
Some things disappointed me unfortunately :
- the breakfast : you need to pay a supplement if you want any toppings on your scrambled eggs or if you want Benedict eggs or something like this. You also need to pay a supplement if you want pancakes or waffles. I think this is a shame : I have been in many hotels around the world even hotels with less stars and I never saw that especially in hotels that cost this amount.
- the housekeeping : I have stayed two nights. I agree with the fact that it is not necessary to change the towels but why the room is not clean ? The beds not done ? The garbage emptied ? Coffee or Tea refilled ? No one warn me that there is no housekeeping in this hotel.

To conclude, you pay the location and only the location. And you pay it way too much. I won’t come back.

We have stayed here many times & it has always been a wonderful experience. The rooms are great! We were greeted by Caitlin at the reception desk. She was amazing! She was so helpful & had a great, positive & fun energy. It was a wonderful way to be greeted at we arrived. The location of this hotel is great! We highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at ParkPlaza spa. The facilities were top, and the atmosphere was relaxing and rejuvenating. A special mention goes to Lisa, She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely cared about my comfort. Her excellent service made the experience even more memorable. Thank you, Lisa, and the entire team! I highly recommend this hotel and Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Marjana who is part of the guest relations staff is AWESOME! She assisted me with locating some snacks late night. The Westminster Park Plaza hotel is a beautiful modern hotel, although the room I had was very small. The location is convenient to catch public transportation (train & bus). The hotel is in a walkable, quiet area which I loved. All of the hotel staff were very helpful. When visiting London in the future I will definitely stay at the Park Plaza Westminster London hotel!

Mariana is the best receptionist I ever saw in my life. Been to a lot of 5 star hotels in the world but this lady is an angel. She helped a lot at the check in. We had some issues because we were a very big group and she did her best to give us the rooms next to each other. Very nice hotel, perfect rooms and perfectly located. Will come soon again!
