Staying at Pirates Den RV resort. Used this company because the one recommended by the resort wasn't available for the time we needed. This company scheduled an appt with us, was a total no show/no call. We called to reschedule, was told oh sorry, there was a propane leak, so the driver had to ho to that. Ok, but a call would have been nice. Then the driver shows up the next day to say, he was given bad directions and that's why he was a no show previously. I called and spoke with owner who agreed that was not excellent service and not their business model. OK. We lost a day. But, not feeling the love of customer vibe with these guys.

We have been with Parker Energy for years now. They service their two 100 gallon propane tanks we lease and use to heat our pool and spa. When we need a fill they are always quick to top off. Toni, the manager of their billing department has been wonderful and is extremely customer oriented. Would high recommend this company.
