This is the type of service you get with this company. Waited on hold for 7 minutes to speak woth someone for her to ask if my dumpster was overfilled (like that makes it okay even if it was) after another 5 minutes on hold was told she'll pass the information along.this is not the 1st time this has happened.

The lid of my in-ground garbage container was falling apart. I called Parks & Sons to inquire if they had a new lid I could purchase. Instead, they offered to send their Field Supervisor to determine if the lid was fixable. The Field Supervisor was kind enough to fix the lid.
I am extremely thankful for the constant excellent service provided by Parks & Sons here in Sun City West, and the kindness of the Field Supervisor who fixed my garbage can lid.

I was traveling in sun city when something came loose from one of their trucks and broke my windshield. So many calls and messages later I still have a crack a month later. My dashcam clearly shows the load wasn’t secure. This review is based solely on their communication style. They say they’ll get right back to you and then you have to leave several messages before they try to shake you again. This is how they’ll communicate with you if you end up doing business with them.

This company does not allow anything to be thrown away. They leave your trash on the driveway. Many times, simple items such as small rolled up and tied carpets, left on driveway while picking up only trash bags.
They do not offer a bulk trash pick up twice per year as standard municipal trash removal companies offer.
They pick and choose what the trash collector seems to be allowable when they are at your curb

It's 5:17am on a Saturday morning, here in Wittmann, and recycling just came to dump the huge metal cans at the community center. Slamming them over and over on the ground. I'm pretty sure it has to be at least 6am before they should do that. I tried calling the office there closed well if they get a day off and can sleep shouldn't the other people that work all week.

A few hiccups like missing trash in van, and not taking some trash but issues resolved quickly. Now the con. Please in the name of all that is holy, change that God awful hold music. Those high pitches are excruciating to a human eardrum.

Well today my garbage can was in the middle of the street and boxes were left! Way to go Parks and Sons! Keeping Arizona beautiful one un-dumped garbage can at a time! Lousy company!
