Went in last week because my truck had a misfire. I just needed to know which cylinder and the spark plug I needed.

The guys up front seemed reluctant to come check the code. When we checked the code he just said okay have a nice day. I had to ask for the spark plug. It was like pulling teeth.

I am a local, and need a good parts store because I run a tree business with several trucks. I usually have to get a part wherever is closest to where I’m working but I live in Flat Rock just 15 minutes away.

By not having good customer service you have lost a good customer and potential thousands of dollars. Do better.

We buy lot parts from these guys . An they donated recently to a benefit to help some really close freinds an family . That were involved in motorcycle wrecks . I personally recommend this store for there service an there generous donation .

I had a dead battery so I went in requesting to give some money if someone could jump me off to get me back to Nashville. The selfish man said he had a battery jumper box for sale but wouldn’t jump me off. Small town hypocrites here wanting nothing but money. Someone should let his preacher man know how “caring” he is. Stay away!!
